Telkom tricking people to take out contracts

First i app**** for a cell contract and telkom let me know it has been approved we are just waiting for the phone to come in stock. Then they let me know the phone came in and is ready for collection. When i got to The Telkom Collage sq Bloemfontein the person told me that the phone delivery has taken to long and the contract now needs to be done all over. At the same time i app**** for an adsl line an with the line there comes a Smart tv and once again approved. Then Telkom made arrangements to come install the line. First time round they came told me we will be back in half an hour, never saw the Telkom guy again. So Telkom did exactly the same for a second and a third time. Now finaly my line is in and Gues what the Smart Tv is now cancelled. I see Telkom as untruthfull, ********* *******s that is tricking people into taking contracts an not delivering the goods.
