Telkom treating me like a ********

Thanks Telkom Clearwater for treating me like a ********, all I wanted to do is downgrade my data package and you want my fingerprints? Am I a ******** in the eyes of Telkom? I thought that I was a client but no, I am a ********. That a company can ask for fingerprints for "security" is digusting, what is next? Blood samples? What is wrong with my ID book and drivers licence? If they are not good enough then why do we have ID books? Asking for fingerprints from a company is an invasion of my privacy.
