I have ordered Telkom pocket router on online sales then when they delivers to me they gave me wifeless router thnbi called them back to come and collect the router back they have sent the courier to come n collect the router but they didn't give me the right router then I called them within 7 days to cancel the contract they took me back n fourth they refer me to the store when ibgetvto the store they say I need to call online sales..then afterb7 days they send me the statement of invoice they said I have to pay R311 for the router that I didn't use ...I'm tired of this people since 1st of August my contract is still active...
