TELKOM TRASH

I app**** online for wifi at my home, a consultant called me back to finalise the process and everything was ok. The router was delivered as the consultant told me however now the router is sitting at my house because apparently they suppose to send somebody out to my place to install it. take into consideration that this is month 2 I am waiting on Telkom, now I am wanting to go elsewhere but I am afraid that they will still bill me or bind me to the contract and we have not used the item. I dont understand why their call centre remains bust because I cannot get hold of them to collect their router and cancel this contract that I never used so that I can go to a better service provider. to get the deal they called me same time but for me to get through to them to collect their router is impossible. I am so angry and wish I listened to all the reviews before going with Telkom
