Telkom trade route mall sucks!!

Hi I recently did my my upgrade at Telkom in trade rout mall. The consultant misled me by advising that I would get 10 gigs of data for the duration of my contract however I only received it for three months, when I went back to the store a lady by the name of refiloe told me that it's my word against the lady that assisted me to top it off I am now paying R360 and only receiving 500 megabites of data. The store advises that there is nothing they can do for me and I have to wait 6 months before I can change my package which I am probably going to have to pay more for because *********** consultants and a company that knows nothing about customer service.
