Telkom trade route mall

Assistant sales woman at trade route mall telkom did not put insurance on my device as I requested and when my Samsung 23 ultra screen broke I found out there isn't insurance but I added insurance on my previous oppo devices by the same consultant and when asked to speak to the manager there was no manager or assistant manager to help with my complaint
