Telkom Trade Route Mall

Telkom Lenasia in Trade Route Mall has terrible customer service. The staff are extremely rude to customers and they do not explain the guarantees or warranties as they should.

The staff is very dismissive and do not help you sort out your problem. I wanted to speak to the manager but was redirected to another staff member.

I had a proble with my router for the wifi and was told it was no longer under guarantee and will cost over R1000 for repairs. This is so much compared to the data costs. I will not renew my contract in future.

Please train your staff how to speak with respect to your customers as well as to have some basic knowledge of their products. I was told that all they do is restart my router which I could do myself.

Very disappointed at your service.
