Telkom towers not properly functional during load shedding, ruining my business

For the past two weeks or so, during load shedding and a while after, I am kicked off my Zoom platform, which I rely on most days to run my business. I now have to spend money hiring a room that does not rely on a Telkom tower for connectivity. This is just not acceptable, Telkom! PLEASE sort out your towers, you are ruining my business!

I have spoken to my internet service provider MWeb, who tell me they have the same complaint from many of their customers, they are continually asking Telkom to sort this situation out, but to no avail. Come on, Telkom, this is beyond frustrating!
