TELKOM TOTALLY ******* SERVICE

I am insured with Telkom though Finrite. I lost my phone and recieved a replacement phone . The phone was refurbished . When I opened it , it was a used phone . I have bene trying to get Telkom to take this phone back and give ma new phone since April to no avail. I call every week and never get any feedback from them . My claim number TC013886
