Telkom totally poor service always a struggle

Wow big thumbs up for the intelligent service telkom offers we have a 10 meg adsl line and phoned to complain that the line speed is 6meg if we are lucky so the lady helping on the other side said that is normal that is what we should get. But our line is 4meg then 5 then 6 rarely we get between 8-10. So why do i pay for 10meg speed line if 6 is normal. Then i might aswell go to a cheaper line. Really Telkom!!!!!!!!!!!!!
