Telkom totally ******** !!!!!!!!

I am experiencing the absolute worst of all ....WORST service .... and total lack of response from Telkom. Since Feb 2018 i have reported and complained and logged calls with Telkom re my slow internet speed and noisy landline. Reported this 131times to date. My adsl is supposed to be at 4mbps, cause that's what im billed for every month. However my line runs at 0.1mbps on average....sometimes at mbps. I contact Telkom every week re this , at least twice....and all i get.....is a reference nr or escalation nr. Ive had a techician out here....in Marv2019 for the 1st time....but problem not resolved....in fact its worse.... Ive complained ...complained...complained. Telkom however just close all calls after a period as if problem solved. Meantime im charged monthly for something i do not have....and they couldnt care less.

This much surely rate as the worst ever service !!!!!!!!!!!
