telkom total *******s and *******

I recently took out a smarthome premium let package in end of Feb. The package promises up to 90 MBPS internet speed. I know u cannot get total speed, when I had a 4 Mbps intetnet line speed I used to get most of The time between 3-3,5 MBPS speed, so it wasn't full but pretty close. Obviously the faster means of internet u choose the more expensive. After checking that I have lte coverage in my area , I took out the up to 90 MBPS lte package. I am only getting between 20 - 30 Mbps at best, and that too that is only a handful of times. Mostly the average speed is 10 - 13 Mbps. I contacted telkom a number of times and was told that a technician will contact me as soon as possible to make arrangements to test the connection and sort out the problem. Guess what I'm still waiting. It's been over a month now. When I went to the telkom store in Musgrave centre, the lte consultant told me that anything after 12 Mbps is regarded as lte and if I was getting 25 Mbps I was extreme lucky. What the he'll am I paying almost a R 1000 for, I thought it would be for what is advertised up to 90Mbps speed. Even if I was getting 70 or 80 Mbps I can understand the volume of users is high so u would get less speed, but so much less is ridiculous. So they keep charging the optimal fee but don't even give u half of what is promised. Every time I complained and asked for the supervisor the call was cut, after emailing customers suport they said that it would be sorted out. That was on the 17 of April. Either sort out the Damn problem or reduce the price instead of ripping everybody off. They are ******* Disgusted with lack of support and service delivery.
