Telkom total non performance

<p>On 17th May 2017 I phoned Telkom @ telephone no 10217 requesting them to stop my business tel line ********** for Fourie Architects at my office at 511 Riverside lofts Tyger Valley Bellville on 28th July because I relocate to 8 Park Street Durbanville and requested a new line. They gave me Ref no AI ********** and requested my ID to their email address ********** which I did immediately. </p> <p>I phoned on 17th June re progress and emailed on 20th June again my ID and letterhead this time to ********** . She said that I could even retain my tel number and all will take 3 weeks. </p> <p>I made several calls since without success re progress. I phoned again on 28th July and spoke to Komeshee. She said that she will urgently pass the case on to Sipho at "back office" and copies to their Managers. He apparently dropped the ball sometime. I told her that I relocate office the next day and they must phone me on my cell no ********** 409, which she promised. </p> <p>They are very secretive and does not want me to know their direct tel no's or email addresses.</p> <p>Now I am without a land line and all connections, unable to run my business and only depending on my cell for emails.
