Telkom total lack of service

<p>My landline and ADSL has been down since Moday,5 December .I have lodged calls daily as I run my business from home I got lodging numbes escalation numbers still nothing .Today I was told they ohoned me yesterday ,but got voice mail none on my cell so I assume they phoned the dead line .I also phoned again to requeast to talk to a superviser ,but was told I will be phoned back.In the meantime my business is suffering ,I still pay dearly for data and telepohone servive I don't use -I am now at the end of my thether with the worst customer service ever!!!! Where to now the monopoly will stillrul!!!</p>
