Telkom TOTAL LACK OF CARE OR SERVICE

Telkom is the most unreliable entity in creation! Despite having booked a transfer of our ADSL line for 15th January AND CONFIRMING with them a week prior - THEY STILL HAVE TO ATTEND TO THIS TRANSFER. After NUMEROUS phone calls and many empty promises the transfer HAS STILL NOT BEEN DONE - this is for a business but what do they care! Just shunting one from pillar to post with NOBODY returning calls or emails. When oh when will there be another provider as this monopoly is a disgrace when it comes to servicing their clients, but Telkom is very quick to charge for their non-service and don't dare miss their darned deadline for payment then interest is slapped onto your account!! Absolutely disgraceful.
