Telkom TopUp error

What's a pathetic network service you are, I work for customer service and want thing a customer appreciates is being given feedback which you guys are failing dismally. Your agents are clueless in giving feedback on what they seeing on their screen. I logged a complaint November till now you guys do notTelkom SA: Dear Customer, Your query will be attended to.Your case number is ***0 Please do not reply to this SMS. I have to be the one making a follow up on an error which wqns not caused by me, guess I get 2 text messages from telkom tell me I now owe R22180 your stupid agents can't even explain that why I need to pay that amount when I'm on prepaid.... I am so angry with the service delivery from you guy when I have been using telkom for the longest and even recommend it 😡😡🤬
