Telkom took my money

I have app**** for a freeme contract. This contract was cancelled by Telkom due to an outstanding amount by me without any notification from Telkom. However the amount of R349 were deducted from my bank account for this supposedly new contract which I never received. I have contacted the call centre on several occasions regarding the refunding of this amount from my bank account. No joy from Telkom.
