Telkom took my money but I never received the data

I bought R69 Monice data bundles amount to 4.5 gig, Telkom deducted my money but never gave me the data. This happened on Saturday 25 July 2020 till today they never gave me my data or money. I tried contacting them via Facebook they said my data was allocated and depleted. I never received the data not even a message to say I received the data. When I checked the balance the data was never allocated. My R69.90 down the drain.
