Telkom took my grocery and rent money

Last year phone contract was handed cancelled within 7 days and phone handed in and taken by the Gateway store manager. Since then Telkom has been debiting me for cancelling my contract. I managed to get the payment reversed by FNB because I had no joy with Telkom. So many cases were logged no one calls back. Now you took money during this time and FNB says I need to contact you. I did and look once again you did not contact me back. So it’s okay for Telkom to debit me and leave me without rent or grocery money because your billing department and cancellations department are useless. So now Telkom can take my money for a phone that was handed in and cancelled within the 7 day cooling off period.
