TELKOM TOOK MY AIRTIME!!!!!!!!!

worst service received from Telkom.

they always take my airtime and today was the second time. their network coverage is bad and now they are taking my airtime and claiming that i recharged with a lesser amount.

today i recharged my account with R140 and then again with R10, i had an ETA of R13 and it was deducted. i later on want to purchase a bundle and receive a message that i only hav er125.56 instead of R137. i check my balance usint *1883 and it states that i have R136.50 airtime and yet i am unable to buy data of R132.

we chat on the Telkom app and they are admant that i only recharged with R127 and R10 then they deducted R13. where did the rest of the airtime go to???????? this is the second time and it is really ridiculous, TELKOM IS A ***** AND THIS DAMN CONTRACT WILL BE CANCENCELLED YOU CAN TAKE YOUR PHONE BACK . i never had such problems with other networks before.
