Telkom took me for a ride for 1 year and 4 months

Hi, i took out a 24 month contract with telkom on the 27th of February 2017 and another contract for my son in May 2017, in 2019 February and May my contracts came to an end, i was never once called to say my contract has ended what shall we do, like rogues they continued billing me for 1 year and 4 months and the other for 1 year and 1 month, same amounts were debited from my accounts every month even after the 24 month contract, i was still charged for the cellphones evn after the 24 month contract, just how ridiculous is this, how can i pay for 2 contracts over a year and be charged for the phones??? this is utter thievery. How can a big corporate company listed on the JSE take people for a ride??? TELKOM NOW OWES ME MORE THAN R4000 MINUS THE USAGE CHARGES. I tried calling them numerous times but have to wait forever to connect to someone and the calls never went through, i finally went to their offices to find out what is going on and to immediately cancel my contract and they must pay me back all the moneis they helped themselves to, the assistance told me they will contact me and here is my case number as reference, its almost 3 weeks and i have not heard a single word. Today i decided to call again, each time 10 to 20 mins wait and no one picks up so 3 rd time i said i will wait, 30 mins later a lady picks up, wanted my details, puts me on hold for 10 mins more then apoligizes then ask more questions and i tell her what happenend she say let me check, please hold.....can u guess how long i was on hold???....1 hour and 41 mins, i presumed she forgot i was on hold or so *********** as its a norm at telkom to listen to dissatisfied customers , i had to cut the call, all my time wasted. I have decided i am not going to pay telkom a penny until they resume this matter with URGENCY. Im stopping payment, they owe me and their underhanded behavior has made me resort to this. I am at my wits end and this lockdown has affected my finances badly , i cannot be dishing out donations to telkom not when i need every penny. Please deal with this matter urgently or im going to take this matter to the highest authority.
