Telkom - Too useless to cancel my contract

I've been trying to cancel my Telkom contracts (month-to-month) since November 2021. Someone replies and ask me questions, when I answer, I hear nothing from them again. Then I've send another e-mail, same story, different person. I even ended up sending a new e-mail and answer their questions before they ask, then I get a useless question like "let us know on which number we can contact you"...I mean...FFS...they have my contact details, why do they ask me all this tupid questions just to avoid the cancellation request??

I ended up blocking the debit order from my bank, now I get SMS's telling me I should pay my account...ohhhhh I thought they don't have my contact details.

TELKOM, CANCEL MY ****ING CONTRACT AND STOP AVOIDING THE CANCELLATION PROCESS!!
