Telkom too good for my business?

I was placed on hold at 10123 for 20min on my Vodacom cell phone tiring to upgrade? While holding a robo-voice constantly repeating saying " You are placed on hold, please wait"?! try this for 20 min! Why are Telkom doing this? I eventually put the phone down cause I have work to do!
