Telkom too big to give a F about their customers!! Say no to big corporations!

***" <***>, "***" <***>, "***" <***>, "Boipelo Maseko (B)" <***>, *** I requested a cancellation quote and within 24hours after receiving an email to say if i want to proceed or continue with my contract i said NO i cant afford the cancellation amount. 6 months later!! i am fighting Telkom still to reinstate my contract as they just went ahead and cancelled it. They are attacking my account with unauthorized debit orders of over R9k for this cancellation. You think phoning every day, getting managers emails helped?? NO! They took all my money leaving me stranded that i had to borrow money to survive and get to a branch to reverse their debit order. I am still fighting them. Telkom has made me believe they are too big to give a F for the customers.
