Telkom -- Tomorrow starts NEVER

Telkom has the most appauling services I've ever come to know. I am on the 11th day without any Wifi in my house and the answer remains "We will escalate the problem" or "Telkom will be in touch"

I have not received any clarity on when the problem will be resolved. Without a doubt, I am very very frustrated with the poor services and lack of eagerness to resolve my problem.
