Telkom, Tomorrow Starts...Never

<p>Terrible service, support is none existent. 1000% frastrated with their service. I have a 10MB line, well let me say I am paying for a 10MB ADSL line but I barely get half of it. I work from home most of the times and I know that 10MB uncapped is sufficient since I am on Skype calls and WebEx meetings during business hours. However I have had to cancel meetings and reschedule calls, sometimes I had to resort to mobilephone hotspot because if poor Telkom line. Speed test shows just over 2MB upload and 0.47 download. I am not sure it Telkoom will be happy if I keep paying them 3rd of the subscription every month. I am beyond frastarted with their service and support. MTN is installing fiber in President Park. I cannot wait for it to be commissioned. I am done with Telkom. </p>
