Telkom - Tomorrow never comes

Hi, i took out an online business mobile contract with Telkom and have had endless delays. Firstly it took 2 weeks to process the application, i received the phone a few days later. Secondly I didn't not get what I ordered, which I decided to let go. Finally i got my phone 2 days ago (Monday 15/03/21) and to date have not had an active sim. I have followed up numerous times, and making them aware that its a business contract you would expect some sort of urgency in sorting this out but still nothing. There is no contact number unless calling from a telkom phone, I have tried all. My reference number is AI***. I would appreciate if someone resolves this today. Contact me on ***
