Telkom to telkom number porting took 336 hours!!!

After purchasing a new contract I requested a number swap so that the correct SIM card was in use. Porting a number from Telkom to another network provider is between 24-48 hours. Telkom - telkom is more than 72 hours. Well, it took 2 FULL WEEKS, 14 DAYS, 336 HOURS!

I didn't have my number for the entire duration of this time. I lost so much business and money from this inconvenience as I do a variety of jobs. I've lost clients, been in trouble with my employers and more...

What a pain!!!
