Telkom to review the way their data consumption works.

I have a Telkom contract so last week Monday the 25th I bought a 2.5G data special for R40. On the 1st I got my recurring data for the new month so instead taking data off my 2.5G which I still had 1G left Telkom finished my new month’s data. When calling customer care after only getting through on the 8th try all the lady said it just the way Telkom works. Nothing she can do. Thank you Telkom finished all my recurring data and lost 1G data. Telkom should really review the way their data consumption works.
