Telkom to refund my deposit

i had a contract with Telkom when i cancelled my contract and moved to Vuma they did not want to pay my deposit of R700.00 and i had reference ***0 which i spoke to the urgent and he promised that the deposit will be paid into my account till to date i have still not received my money. the only money which was paid to me was R420.07 which was the credit in my account for ref ***0
