Telkom to pay my refund back

It’s now 4 weeks that I have been calling Telkom for them to refund me my money. I had paid money to Telkom so can have a contract with them it’s now the end of my contract and I’m suppose to get this money back and a month later I still have not received the money. I have been told a manager will call me 2 weeks and numerous calls to the call centre I’m still waiting for that call. I was told a case was logged incorrectly and they to log it again but still this has not been resolved. I’m very upset with Telkom and they incompetence and very poor service.
