Telkom to lazy to work

Very very disappointed in Telkom's service. A whole area in Umbilo has no internet or telephone lines. There have been numerous complaints and no one has come to see what the problem is. We are a pre-school who needs our telephone line working and e-mails working so that we can communicate with parents. When we reported it yet again they said there must first be enough job cards in that area before a technician will be dispatched. How is an area that has no telephone lines working not a big enough job? Ref 20(CNK150221
