Telkom to Hellkom

Requested my Adsl and telephone to be reallocated. They set date for the technician to come to the premises to do the installation. You confirm with them all your contact details. You take leave from work, yet they don't pitch up to do the reallocation. When you contact them, they push you from 1 department to another. Eventually you get hold of someone, they inform you that the technician tried calling you, but could not get hold of you or your wife, which is a lie, secondly they say they tried calling you on a number that you informed them that the number is no longer is use for a number of years. You receive a message to say that your contact details had been updated. You try setting up another date, which means you take another days day's leave and the same process all over again and nothing happens because people who are employed to do their jobs are ***********. You wasted 2 days of leave, airtime contacting them, data to send emails, Will not recommend telkom to anyone. They should change their name to Hellkom.
