Telkom: To avoid frustration , do not buy products online from Telkom

I have purchased an A12 + Smart watch, online, in June 2021. I have received the phone but to date have not received the watch. I have phoned Telkom continuesly to no avail. The agents have either, 1) escalated to back office 2) do not pick up my ref, etc on their system 3) will be receiving watch soon 4) courrier to deliver, then when trying to track with no given by Telkom agent, the no does not exist with the tracking company. Please stay away from Telkom and their online deals.
