Telkom tired to pull the wool over my eyes!!!!

my wife recently came into your Water-Crest Store to confirm if you had coverage for our LTE package - TELKOM said yes.

we moved, plugged everything in and NOTHING !!!!. I went back to the store and they said they did, I said nothing works, making me out like I'm being dis-honest. the Consultant tried to do some quick fix , by unlocking the port or something, so my signal can feed off the nearest tower, but again it DID NOT work.

so, because of the lies and deceit , I have reversed my D/O and will not pay for a service I can not use.

You can send a tech out to test etc at your COST, but I am no longer a client of Telkom, it's a shame, cause I enjoyed your service, until recent events.
