Telkom time wasting

I contacted telkom to set up a landline.they were great about letting me know what would happen and when. I received 2 sms's confirming that the date for my installation is 02/10/2015 and one letting me know the technician is on his way. They stressed that this would be an all day thing from 07.30 til 4.30. So I took the day off work. They did not come.after calling them three times to find out where the technician is they said he must b on his way. Well I waited the whole damn day with no one calling me to let me know where the hell the technician is. And when I called them the next day to find out what happened im told o no ur installation is scheduled for the 27th Oct. .are you ****n kidding me?? After waiting on line for 20 minutes to get told this.im told to hold the line when I demand they come today and then the call gets dropped. I am very disappointed right now.as a new customer this is not the way forward.
