Telkom tierd of their lies

So listed Telkom on Hellopeter, got a call from a guy in Capetown, he said that a technician will be around the next day so fix this problem, he told me he would phone technician then call me back, which he did. He said had given technician all my details and that he will come first thing in the morning as he could not make it the same day. Well been almost a week now still no one from Telkom been here or even had the manners to phone or follow up, or even to tell me cant make it, have been batteling for long now to get this sorted out, so would like to know from someone at Telkom why I should pay this month bill for ADSL when it hasnt worked at all, except for now and again, when I took the line was told can get a 4mb line, current speed is 0.7mb and thats when it connects to exchange. Telkom service is shocking and when they do say will come tomorrow they dont pitch or even have manners to phone, I had to take a days leave to be here when technician arrived, so again I just loose
