Telkom throttles my normal data 10GB purchased for R499
<p>I've got a contract with Telkom and i usually top up my data with 10GB of data for R499 but my social media apps like instagram and facebook are throttled. I dont know why, this started when telkom introduced this social media data ****. This frustrates me because I didnt have this problem before. </p>
When I buy free me boost which comes with social media data my instagram is perfect and pictures load fast but once that social media data its finished my instagram is very slow and takes time to load pictures and videos, do u understand that?
