Telkom throttle

I've got a Telkom contact which expired (now month to month) giving me 1500 min call and 20 gig per month business. They called me to upgrade of which i stated i'm happy with my contract (month to month). They throttle me to 2 meg. What am i to do. I believe this is *****ing
