Telkom threatens to cut off services when account is paid

I paid my Telkom mobile account on the 3rd of July and extra and they are threatening to cut me off. My account is always paid! Seriously looking at ending my services with Telkom when my contract comes to an end! I can ever get through when calling them. This is frustrating!
