Telkom, this is *******. PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!

Telkom has done nothing but make my life HELL. I tried to cancel my contract (internet ****le) in 2016. I fought with them all the way through to 2017 still trying to cancel my contract. They had been debiting R555.99 every month, when my contract was only supposed to be R130.00 a month. So I don't even know what that ridiculous amount being debited was for???? I fought so hard that they EVENTUALLY refunded me. R555.99 after a year of fighting. (Keep in mind that I reversed and stopped the orders on many occasions. They had already debited that amount a couple times before and I let it happen, I know my complete and utter stupidity) So they refunded me ONE R555.99 Even though they had debited me prior to me reversing and stopping the orders... So skip to today and they tried to debit R1500.00 from me. WHY?!?!?!?!?! I CANNOT TELL YOU!!! So they refunded me... left me alone for months... debited triple the amount of what they debited before... I just don't get it. Choosing Telkom is one of the biggest mistakes I have ever made in my entire life. If anyone could offer me legal advice on what to do next, I would highly appreciate it!
