After Upgrading of the Wilgehof substation, and offline since Dec 2014 to 22 Jan 2015, my ADSL line is now working but my voice line is not. I tried to log a fault on the Telkomsa website - I can't do that because a message appears stating that \The service is already part of a network outage. *** Date Reported : 28 JANUARY 2015.
