Telkom-Thieving yet again

It is 2018 and i am still waiting for telkom to refund me an extra R500.00 on my bill in 2017 for three months straight.

I have also written to them numerous of times to close off my insurance with older phones that i did not even have anymore, due to the contract upgraded, which a year later they closed off and no money was reimbursed.

If you want a service provider to take your money for no reason, telkom is surely them right one to be with.
