Telkom- thieving our country

Total disappointment from our country's telecommunications company. My landline has not been in service for over 2 nonths now, yet i still receive a bill. I have logged numerous faults only to receive no help and bo communication from them regarding the fault. Now I am told that there is no longer copper in the area and i must move to LTE, which is no problem. However, no notice or communication was sent to me regarding this as a customer. Yet you keep billing for a service that is non existent. You are *******!!!!!
