TELKOM THIEVING IDIOTS!!!!!

Pathetic!! I have had a query on my account for almost 12 months. Overcharged for a service they could not provide. A credit was supposed to be passed now almost 12 months later my bill is sitting at over R8k (it was cancelled repeatedly) and today a letter of demand and I quote "despite numerous attempts to contact you" REALLY!!! I have today in pure desperation sent the details through to the consumer board. Telkom you are incompetant; thieving IDIOTS!!!
