Telkom *******!! Service Delivery = 0

In June I signed a 20Mbps ADSL COVID deal for R599 per month on a month-to-month basis. I have since been billed over R4000 with each month being a little more than R1000. I have since made query after query and have only been able to find that I have erroneously been put onto some Elite package and on a 24 month contract neither requested nor required. I have tried to have this corrected but nothing happens - and I have been chasing after this for four months now trying to have it corrected. Is Telkom really this useless? Also, I am quite sure the Ombudsman for the CPA would be interested in this since I have all of the documentation to substantiate my claims. People, stay away from Telkom, they will rob you of your money and do nothing about it. Lets not forget that they are state owned. Pathetic!!!!!
