Telkom ******* just takes your money

Telkom keeps on taking unauthorised debits from my account, this is the second time now. The call centre agent Carlos had the nerve to tell me I owed them money therefore they debited my account. 16.03.2019 isnt even the debit order date agreed upon.

If I did owe them money then surely by now my services would be suspended???

I want my R800 refunded back to my bank account! Cant you get your ducks in a row?? Really now, a major company like yourselves cant even get the basic things done.

Previously they just went in and took R1190 and I had to wait a week for my own ******* money.

Spmebody better call me before I go an a rampage.
