Telkom - ******* in Disguise!!!

Telkom provides the most inefficient service ever!!! I recently received the new telkom wireless landline (Worse phone in the world). Firstly it was not activated. I have a prepaid line and once it did get activated I wanted to load airtime and it did not allow me. I have called Telkom about 8 times since the 24/09/2019 and not one person could assist. Last week Thursday (10/10/2019) I took it into the Centurion Telkom store and they also were of no assistance and said they would get a technician to call me within 24 hours. To date I have still not received a call. I have R300 airtime I need to load since the 24/09/2019 and not a single person can assist me. Telkom are ******* in disguise, they take your money but cannot provide the service. I have never experienced such terrible service in my life. This is not the first time they have provided such pathetic service.
