We bought a Telkom sim card - used quite a bit - regularly transferred money to the sim ... ... and then did not use the sim for 5 months. ALL the monies on the sim "disappeared" - and now the sim has been deactivated - thereby forcing a loss onto the customer. Telkom = ******* One and the same thing.
