Telkom *******

I logged a case with telkom months ago to firstly cancel contracts they they were debiting me for that i had returned devices for within the cooloff period and never used. they continued to debit me for months before finally cancelling them. now i have been fighting with them to get my money refunded. months later i am still waiting on it to be resolved. and every time i get told as soon as there is feedback they will let me know. HTF do you take months to resolve such a simple case. Telkom took my money for no reason and now doesn't want to give it back. That's THIEVERY!!!
